Product Description
The resistance chips of the new horizontal power NTC thermistor are welded to the leads on the upper and lower surfaces of the chip respectively. The leads are led out from the welding end of the chip in the same direction to form an extension section. After exceeding the range of the chip, they are bent downward to form a lower folding section. , the leads at the end of the lower folded section form the mounting end, and a protective shell is wrapped around the chip. The protective shell has a top plate, a side plate and a bottom plate. One of the side plates has an opening that is enough to plug in the resistor chip and the leads to form an opening. The space between the chip and the protective case is filled with thermally conductive glue.
